How does this project fit with the strategy?

The PMS will allow municipalities to monitor their KPIs linked to all their relevant data (IDP, Strategic Objectives, SDBIPs, Measurable outcomes, Activities, etc), with minimal effort, as it will be integrated with the MPBM (Municipal Budget and Planning Module)

Why are we doing this?

Problem statement

To solve the need of Municipalities to comply with Performance Management Frameworks within the South African law framework.

Impact of this problem

Currently, a diversity of systems is used, with all disparate data. Adding the PMS module to the MPBM, will create a central system with all relevant data.
