NEW FUNCTIONALITY:
- Added SCOA mapping advise for mapping from version 6.2 to version 6.1

NEW FUNCTIONALITY:
- Added the split of SCOA version between Sage and MPBM
- Sage can be set to 6.1 and 6.2
- MPBM can be set to 6.1 and 6.2
- New validation script is added to handle the split
- Sage and MPBM can now work on different versions. While this is the case, pushing and syncing is disabled.
- Time outs are increased to 5 minutes, to facilitate the longer sql scripts.
- User interface is updated for this change ( two dropdowns)
