This article outlines the steps to take to adjust a report layout in Sage Evolution.


'Sales Order' / 'Purchase Order' /  'Credit Note' / 'Goods Received Voucher' / 'Return to Supplier' report layouts

This example will show you how to adjust the layout of a Sales Order report. For the other types (i.e. Purchase Order or Credit Note) this works in the same way.

1) Navigate to the "New Sales Order" window and click on "Print"

2) From there, click on "Print Options" and select the type of report you want to adjust the layout for. In this example we will go for the "Sales Order Invoice", so click on "Print Options (Sales Order Invoice)...".

3) A new window pops up (Sales Order Invoice Print Options). Click on the tab "Layout Options" and search for the layout you want to use. Select this layout by checking the tickbox for this layout.

If you want to use this layout every time you print this type of report, click the tickbox for "Always use this Layout for this Company"
