Go to the Item Enquiry Page
- Go to http://10.0.0.5/attonlineapp/
- Enter the Sage credentials
- Choose the desired database (by default it is the last logged in database of the browser, or [_ATT_Live] if no previously logged in database).
- Click the "Login" button
- Click the "Item enquiry" item in the menu or the "Item enquiry" card in the home page. If this item does not show up in the menu nor on the home page, please make sure that the user has the permission.
Conduct Item Enquiry
Enter some filters to search items. If no filters entered or the "Clear" button is clicked, it will return the first 150 items.
The returned items are grouped by Item group by default. Users could expand its items by clicking it. Users could also ungroup it by dragging and dropping its header back to other column headers. Users could also hide/show columns by dragging and dropping them into/from the column chooser.
By default, the "Search on enter" button is on. It means that if a filter value changes (i.e., pressing the "Enter" key when type in the "Item code/description" text box, or selecting/unselecting a value in one of the select boxes), it will start to search. Users could turn it off by clicking it, then the search will start only when the "Search" button is clicked.
User Permission
Item enquiry involves one permission: to access the item enquiry page. A new user group "Item enquiry" will be created with this permission, and it will be granted to "Administrators" user group as well.
