1. Check/add the agent in Sage.
2. The agent logs in ATT Online (http://10.0.0.5/attonlineapp/) with his credentials of Sage. Make sure that the user logs in to the desired database (by default it is the last logged in database of the browser, or _ATT_Live if no previously logged in database).
3. One of the administrators logs in ATT Online (to the desired database).
4. The administrator goes to menu -> Others -> User management -> Users, and then click the pencil button of the user. If there is no such a user, check step 1 and 2.
5. click "Groups" tab, and then click "+" button to add group(s) to user, or click "x" button to remove the group from the user.
6. if to add group(s): check the box(es) of the group(s) to add, and then click "Add" button.
Below are current groups and their permissions:
- Super Administrators: they have all permissions
- Administrators: they have almost all permissions, except not to grant or revoke permissions to a group
- Users: they can view and edit Invoice control and IBT control, view Job card view, ICMS logs, and app settings
- Customer price: they can upload and process customer price files
- Reprint invoice: they can view invoice control and reprint and download invoice there
- IBT transfer: they can post IBT transfers
7. Important: click the "Save" button of the page.
