Problem

Solution

Fix #1:

When you are having licensing issues, please contact support@asamco.com. They will give you the credentials to update the license for your municipality. Make sure to always mention the municipality name in the email! If the municipality is using a proxy (check with IT department), make sure to mention this as well. On the second tab of the license form, you can enter the proxy details (see image below).

In addition to the issues mentioned above, you might run into an error when submitting the license. This can mean two things;

1. The license credentials you entered are incorrect. Please try again and make sure to enter the right credentials (mind caps lock and if you use copy / paste, please check what text you are actually pasting).

2. The credentials are correct but the request is not getting through the proxy server. In this case you will probably get an error similar to the one mentioned earlier in this part of the manual (Response with status: 500 ERROR for URL). Please consult your IT department for help entering the proxy details or ask the Asamco support team for help. Please make sure to gather the right proxy details before doing so.

If the proxy details have been entered, you can also try to enable the “Bypass proxy server for local addresses” option. To enable this, go to Google Chrome, click on the  icon at the top right corner, click on settings, scroll down and click on advanced settings, at the bottom of the page you will find the proxy settings, click on it, Click on LAN settings, and the following screen will display. Tick the box that says: “Bypass proxy server for local addresses”.
