To make sure reporting is set up properly please follow the below steps.

1.  Go to the installation folder of the MPBM Api, which normally is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\MPBMApi
2. Make sure there is a folder Upload like in attached zip file (Upload.zip), including its contents
3. Make sure the right permissions are set on this folder
   
   1. Right click the folder and go to properties
   2. Click IIS_IUSRS and make sure it has all checkboxes enabled (also Full control)
   3. If it doesn't click edit and give the full control

Adding the layouts

To add the proper layout make sure to follow the below steps (all default PMS layouts are attached in Reports.zip).

1. Go to Reporting → BI reports and click edit on the report you want to add the layout to
2. Go to the layouts tab and edit the existing layout (or if it doesn't exist add one)
3. Click on upload
4. Select the layout
5. Save the layout page
