Follow this article below to install and prepare for mSCOA 6.3.

1) Download the MPBM from the following link:

2) Open the zip and extract the files to a separate folder

3) Run the file called with Power shell:

4) Follow in the installation script steps.

5) Open the MPBM in a new chrome window (incognito window preferable)

6) open the link ..../MPBMApi/Home/Reset

7) Go back to the log in page, and log in.

8) Check the version of the MPBM on the top side of the screen:

• Front-end: 2.1.2.0
• Back-end: 2.1.2.0
• Db: 40
  
  If the version is different, it means that the installation did not went smooth. In this case, please repeat the installation. (Contact Asamco if it still fails after 2 attemps)
  
  
  

9) Run the validation script to check for any database errors:

Account mapping to 6.3

If there are no errors from step 9, you can continue here:

1) Go to the accountmapping :Budgeting → AccountMapping

2) Wait till the page is done loading:

3) Once the loading is done: 

4) This year we have an auto map function that maps between the 90-95% of the account automatically to 6.3. To use it click on the cogs on the top right:

5) Wait till this one is done loading. Note that the number accounts that need to be mapped, will go down to the remaining accounts. (the 5-10%)

6) Map the remaining account just like previous year:

Note that the speed of the mapping is a lot quicker this year, meaning the mapping will only take like 30 min.
