Summary
New users need to be invited to access an organization by users with the according permissions. Invitations can then be used by users to create accounts within an organization. The current document provides a detailed description on the process in question.

Under the “Invitations” tab a list of the pending, accepted and denied invitations can be found. New invitations can be sent, using the “+” button.
In sending an invitation an email for the receiving party, first and last name, default username and an expiry date for the invitation are required.
The next step in completing the invitation is selecting the companies within the organization, to which the user is invited, using the check boxes at the beginning of each company line. Further, the default username of the invited user can be set per company, e.g. in the occasions where an invitation is applicable to multiple companies.
Finally, the connected applications per chosen company, to which the invitation is applicable, are to be selected, using the check boxes in front of each application. The default username of the invited user can be set per application, e.g. in the occasions where an invitation is applicable to multiple applications.
After the invitation has been finalized, it is listed as “Pending” until the invited user takes actions to accept it.
