Main Components

Organisational PMSThis component will track KPIs per SDBIP Project, per period, per target.
Personal PMSThis component will combine organisational ratings on KPIs by KPA for a individual (who is responsible for that KPI) with the Core Competency ratings done by a panel / manager on an individual level.
