| Organisational PMS | This component will track KPIs per SDBIP Project, per period, per target. |
| Personal PMS | This component will combine organisational ratings on KPIs by KPA for a individual (who is responsible for that KPI) with the Core Competency ratings done by a panel / manager on an individual level. |
