Web deploy installer, version 3.6 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43717)
.NET framework installer, version 4.6.1 or higher (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download)
MPBM installer files (https://asamcofileshare.blob.core.windows.net/releases/mpbm/installers/MPBM_2.3.5.0.exe)
