There is a separate screen for customer management, since arrangements are managed per user. The customer screen displays all users, with an option to only show the users with an outstanding balance, since the user must have an outstanding to create an arrangement for it. When a user is clicked the user details page is shown. This page contains several tabs.

Shows general details of a customer. - Transactions
This shows all the transactions for a user, again with the possibility to only show the outstanding transactions. Arrangements are made for a single transaction, so the transactions in this list are the transactions for which a arrangements can be made. When a transactions is selected the create new arrangements button can be clicked to create an arrangement for this transaction. - Arrangements
This page shows all the arrangements for a customer. An arrangement can be clicked to show its details. - Incidents
This page shows the incidents added for this user. - Attachments
General attachment page, where files can be uploaded and managed if setup.
Arrangements
This page shows an overview of all arrangements independent of the customer they are linked to.
Due installments overview
This page shows an overview of all installments due within a set period. This allows to mass release these installments to Sage. The due period default can be set in the settings, however it can also dynamically be changed on this page itself.
