Summary
The “User approval” is part of the Asamco Platform. It allows for approving and rejecting user requests for access. The current document enlists all functions, available in the “User approval” management, and provides a visual representation of those.
Getting started
To manage the user approval in the Asamco Platform, log in and click on the “User approval” nod on the left tree menu of the platform. The number of pending user approvals is displayed on the “User approval” nod in the tree menu.
Approving/Rejecting user requests
The User approval overview page is as follows. A list of all user requests, including the rejected requests, is provided. The status of each request is provided on the right side, next to the request date.
Solely the pending requests can be edited.
Pending requests can be approved or rejected by hovering over the "Pending" status and using the according button.
Once approved or rejected, the request statuses cannot be further modified.
Searching approval requests
Searching through the approval requests can be done using the “Search” field.
