Getting started
To navigate through the organizations and companies, log in to the platform. The company to be accessed can be selected through the overview page of the organizations available or through the “Switch between companies” button in the upper left corner of the page.
After selecting a company, the applications, available for that same company, are displayed in the company overview.
Stock Enquiry
After logging in to the Stock Enquiry application, you will be directed to the home page. There you will find stock items with your accessible databases.
Databases
If you have access to more than one databases, then these databases shall be listed as tabs, and clicking one of them shall lead you to the according database.
If you have access to only one database, then the database name shall be listed after "Stock items".
If you do not have access to any database, then you will get an error message. Please contact the administrators to get access.
Filter Stock Items
You could filter stock items by selecting one or more filters and then click the "Filter" button
and clear the selected filters by clicking the "Reset" button
or search in the column filters
Enquiry Stocks
If you are linked to a client. you could enquiry stocks by one of the two ways:
- Click the envelop icon in the data grid for the stock item that you would like to enquiry
- Select one or more stock items and then click the "Stock enquiry" button
Then the Stock enquiry modal will appear. Your contact information shall be listed. You could choose to be contacted by email or phone. After clicking the "Ok" button, an email will be sent to the company. It will be similar to this
If you are not linked to a client, then you will not be able to enquiry stock, and you will get a warning for it
If you should be linked to a client but not, then please contact the administrator.
Enquiry Product Development
If you are linked to a client. you could enquiry product development by clicking the "Product development" button
The product development modal will then appear. It shows the default email content and you could edit it as you wish.
After clicking the "Ok" button, an email will be sent to the company. By default it will be similar to this
If you are not linked to a client, then you will not be able to enquiry product development, and you will get a warning for it
If you should be linked to a client but not, then please contact the administrator.
Post Sales order
If you are linked to the selected database, you could post sales order in two ways:
- 1.Click the sales order icon in the data grid for the stock item that you would like to add to the sale order
- Select one or more stock items and then click the "Add to sales order" button
Then the sales order modal will appear. Please fill in the form, possibly change the item quantities (by double click it) or remove selected items, then click the "Ok" button.
Click the "Confirm" button to confirm
Then you will get a message of the posting sales order result.
If you are not linked to the database, you could not post sales order, and you will get a warning for it
If you should be linked to the database but not, then please contact the administrator.
